Sana Elache is a training facilitator, educator and business entrepreneur.
Prior to becoming the Executive Director for Leadership Wood Buffalo, she has worked as an adult and teenage educator for 15 years teaching University and College level courses, ran a department of Student Services in a system of colleges in Dubai for 12 years, consulted with the Dubai Ministry of Labor, designed professional development programs for adults and established a work placement program for College students. |

On arriving to Canada Sana established Sila Link, a Consulting, Training and Publishing Company- of which the restaurant publication Coffee News is a subsidiary. Sila Link brings world class outsourcing and training services to Canadian clients with a thriving motto of helping other businesses succeed. Sana graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Masters degree, and has traveled, lived and worked in many parts of the world including Bahrain, Lebanon and Dubai. Fort McMurray is now home for her, her husband Anas and her sixteen year-old talented son, Luay—Fort McMurray’s youngest author (recently featured in the local papers). Sana enjoys learning with adults through facilitating workshops, retreats and conferences. She loves making a positive difference in communities she is living in and enjoys oil painting in her free time. |
